The company is active throughout Luxembourg and works in total synergy with its sister construction company, Perrard, as well as with the various real estate and sustainable development competence centres of the group.

Building on its first Galileo and Hélios achievements, Perrard Development ambitions to duplicate the Eiffage real estate model and seeks to grow by acquiring rights to sites and/or buildings to be developed, either for housing, office, hotels, nursing homes, shops or any ambitious mixed project.
